Learning about fitness doesn’t have to stop once you leave class.  Invite our trainers and nutritional experts into your office for a “lunch and learn” session. Here, we’ll teach your team about stress-relieving techniques that can be done at your desk, how to diet on a budget or how to maximize your workout. In addition to providing you with an expert health class, we’ll bring a great tasting lunch that won’t blow your diet! A nominal $7/per person fee will be charged to cover the lunch.
