Is 360 Fitness a franchise?
No 360 Fitness is locally owned and operated by the same company that owns and operates BP Barney's Convenience Marts in Bowling Green, Toledo, Perrysburg, Rossford, and Waterville. There are no other 360 Fitness facilities anywhere else in the country.

Where is 360 Fitness?
360 Fitness is located at 1703 Tollgate Drive.  Tollgate Drive is one block west of Reynolds Road off of Dussel Drive.  You can also see 360 Fitness behind the Brondes Car Dealership on Reynolds Road.

How do I set an appointment to see if the club is right for me?
All you have to do is call or stop in and see one of our fitness consultants.  We will be happy to show you around the club and answer any questions that you may have.  The phone number is 419-893-3038

Will somebody show me how to use the equipment?
Certainly.  In addition to our frequent orientation sessions, all memberships include personalized workouts with our fitness professionals that will go over all of the fitness equipment.

What do I wear to 360 Fitness?
There are many choices when it comes to workout attire.  The most popular workout gear is simply a pair of comfortable shorts, a T-Shirt, and a pair of comfortable tennis shoes. 

I'm pretty out of shape. Will I feel comfortable working out at 360?
Definitely!  We welcome all shapes, sizes and fitness levels of members. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals. It's our job to help you get to where you want to be. If you've had it with dieting, never stuck to an exercise plan, and have gained those pounds back that you recently lost...give us a try. We'll encourage you and we'll work with you every step of the way.

How is your Weight Loss Program different than the others?
The Apex Program combines the foods that you like to eat with some suggested supplements and meal replacement bars to ensure that you're eating a fully balanced meal. There are 5 different diet profiles which take into consideration the types of food you gravitate to: proteins, carbs, veggies, combo of proteins and carbs; combo of carbs and veggies.  By eating a balanced meal, you're less likely to feel hungry and over eat.  The diet is managed by our Nutritional Counselor who will work with you on a weekly basis to ensure that you are getting the most out of the program. She will monitor your food intake, ensure that the meals are balanced and well-rounded, and help you beef up your metabolism by getting the right kinds of exercise. By combining good nutrition with exercise and supplements, you'll be well on your way to weight loss success!
